Religious Attitudes and Perspective Among Muslims Community in Malaysia Reflective on COVID-19 Pandemic

Malaysia as well as other countries in the world have experienced the COVID-19 pandemic since March 2020. It must be acknowledged that this pandemic has affected various aspects of life including economic, political, social and religious practices. Religious life is also affected by the effects of movement control orders or Movement Control Orders that have been set by the government. The objective of the study was to examine the level of worship practice, participation in worship practice, the level of readiness to worship and also the concern of Muslims in Malaysia related to religion in daily life. The research methodology uses library research methods, interviews, observations and social surveys. The results of the research showed the worship activities performed by Muslim community in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic had significant and different changes in aspects of daily life.
